I have a 03 trail blazer the front blower works fine when I cut the back blower on it takes it 5 minutes before it starts any clues I'm thinking it could be the resistor?

If you have a 2003 Trailblazer which takes 5 minutes before it starts, there could be a problem with the remote start or the ignition switch.

You didn't mention what year S10 Blazer you have but, the blower motor speed resistor can be found under the hood, on the passenger side of the firewall, close to the blower motor.
