Just got my car repaired, the cause was a partially clogged heating coil. They fixed it by doing a full flush of the coil and the coolant system.
That or the thermostat.
Fuse- Blower Motor- Wiring- Selector switch fail- i8f you still have heat to the heater core, if the heater core is cold, and the mottr is still hot... change the thermostat
this is an indicator that the heater core has a small leak. there should be absolutly no anifreeze moisture in the car. your heater core is bad , sorry See "Related Links" for heater core replacement information for his generation of Taurus / Sables
most likely your heater controls run via vacuum lines. cracked or broken lines could cause this.
no
Taurus man has no feelings they are big pretenders they only love themselves.
Orion shot Taurus and then threw him into the see, and then casted him into the sky and he still hunts him to this day.
First thing to check is the coolant level. It can be low and keep the heater from getting warn and still not make the car overheat. If it's full, too cold a thermostat. Worst case is a partially clogged heater core. A collapsed heater hose possible.
Good question. Taurus and Scorpio are opposite signs, but can still have a lot in common.
OK, did the blower motor actually just stop, or does it still blow but no heat?
The cabin air filter can not cause a rough idle. It only filters the air for the ac/heater.
I am having the same problem.. I have already had to replace the intake manifold gasket cause it was leaking, still no heat. We will be flushing out the heater core to see if that's the problem. I may have to replace the heater core, we will see.
