I have a 46 inch samsung rear projection tv the model is HL P4663W Would 1080i or 720p look better for Xbox 360 gaming I do not know?

720p, because thats the natural resolution for that model DLP. Anything else and there will be some slight delay added while the TV upconverts or downconverts the signal to 720p.
