Check for a blown fuse Check the operation and alignment of the stoplight switch
replace brake light switch located on brake pedal under dash
i have all my lights except my brakes lights.i have done everything i can think of. i need help
If a 95 Chevy Suburban's brake lights do not work but everything else does, it may be the link that connects to the pedal that has a problem. If the pedal has been adjusted or disconnected, it may also be a reason for the issue.
Check the switch
check fuses then check all the bulbs, then check the turn signal switch the brake lights work through it
Yes, it has brake lights.
If everything else works but the brake lights, check the brake light switch. It's mounted up under the dash and when you push the brake pedal a spring loaded plastic rod extends, making the connection inside the switch to light the brake lights. This is a pretty common wear item.....and fairly inexpensive.
Yes they indeed have brake lights...
The brake light switch is stuck or out of adjustment. If it is a mechanical switch it is located somewhere on the brake pedal swing arm. If it is a pressure switch it is located near the Master Cylinder.
Then the brake lights are out but the middle one still lights up. (:
check the fuse, brake lights have their own, & check the brake switch at the top of the brake pedal
I had the same problem on a gmc truck. The problem was an in line fusable link
