Typically, all recipes and drinks requiring canned coconut are referring to Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut. The most common size of this product is 15 oz. and it's not uncommon for recipes to call for the entire can, so I'm betting that's the amount you should use.

How do you find canned flaked coconut?

Using a small, sturdy knife, pry out the coconut meat from the shell. It will come out in pieces, but try to keep them as large as possible. Using a swivel vegetable peeler, peel the outer brown part from the coconut meat. Then, shred it with a cheese grater (rotary or standing) or a food processor fitted with the fine shredding blade.

How much coconut flour to regular flour?

Coconut flour is basically what is left of coconut flesh after the oil has been extracted, but it does still contain the medium chain trigyceride fats that are in coconut oil. In a two tablespoon portion of coconut flour, you can expect 1.5g of fat (15 kCal), 1g of which is saturated fats. Coconut flour is highly absorbent, so when cooking with it, you should add an extra liquid equal to the volume of coconut flour used, in addition to what the recipe recommends (if you are using coconut flour in a recipe that asks for wheat flour. If the recipe was written for coconut flour, follow the recipe as written). Using coconut oil instead of water as your additional liquid will give a better flavour and batter consistency. So if your recipe uses 2 cups of coconut flour, add 2 cups of coconut oil. It sounds a lot, but the flour will absorb it very fast.

If a recipe calls for 2 pints of brussel sprouts how much is that?

4 US cups.

How much grated coconut in one coconut?

A mature coconut should yield about 12 oz of copra (coconut meat) after shelling and peeling off the brown backing. This is equivalent to about 4 oz dried coconut. Dried grated coconut runs about 4 oz to one cup lightly packed so a whole coconut will be about 1 cup of dried grated coconut. So if an Indian recipe calls for "1/2 dried coconut grated", figure about 2 oz of dried grated coconut or 6 oz of fresh.
