I have a sore throat the skin on my arms and hands are cold and sweaty There is also quick apeearing rashes that disappear after a minute what is this?

If you have a sore throat, and your arms and hands are cold nda sweaty, you are possibly getting sick. It could be anything from a cold to mono. The rash is not really a rash if it\'s lasting less than a minute. If you continue feeling poorly, you may want to see your doctor.
