I've had a beautiful painting by Burton Barben dated 1884 on my wall for years. Don't know much about him either and curious?
Madame, you conned me into putting the Rey-Vila watercolor back onto the shelf after you critisized it for being damaged and for only being a horse head instead of a full horse, remember? You claimed that you were an art major. You advised me to put the watercolor back on the shelf and that I shouldn't buy it. After walking away, I thought better of it and went back to the second aisle to retrieve the watercolor (where I hid it - in front of you) and it was gone. I watched you pay for the watercolor up front. That was a very underhanded move, madame. Talking me into putting the watercolor back onto the shelf so that you could buy it. Very sneaky. Do you consider yourself to be an honest person? Peter

YES I have a W/Col By him of an African/Carribean Beach Scene dated 1965 & Signed Eugene Kremer It Measures 13"x9" Wonder what it might be worth. I'd say he is a reasonable Painter? I also have a Eugene Kremer watercolor painting dated 1966 - it was framed by a studio in Montreal, Canada. Nice painting of a sailboat in a cove. No idea of what it is worth, though.

I have a small painting - oil on wood, and dated 1938 and signed J Blacio (though I thought it could have also been 'Blagio'). I have been curious about the painting ever since I got it in a local thrift store several years ago. Let me know if you find out anything else.
I too have a painting by L. Swinburne but can' find any info on her or her paintings. I will continue my quest of finding something to let us know what we have in our paintings. Please leave any info you have found here and I will do the same for you. Good luck on your search.

All official reports must be signed and dated by the officer submitting them. Without a signature they are not "legal" documents in that it is impossible to determine their attribution.
