I have been dating my girlfriend for almost 10 months and I don't feel like we talk enough and that we might break up because of this can anyone help?

Try talking to her. Tell her how you feel about the situation you are in. 10 months is a very long time, and relationships are about being open and honest with one another. Just talk to her in a calm fashion and dont turn it into an arguement, just keep it a discussion. This way you can find ways to improve your relationship and maintain a happy life together.
