I have been on depo for about 12weeks now and have been having a period for the last 6 weeks. When should I be concerned?

I would worry to much. When I was on depo I got my period for the entire time I was on it and for 3-4 after I stopped. Some women just react to depo in this way. Of course you should probably let your doctor know when you go to get your next shot.
