Well with the boy thing, you've most likely have seen this boy in real life somewhere and his picture has stuck in your mind.
The door thing is because your floors are slatted and may have caught a breeze while your dog or animal or just a re-action that would make a burst of air. nothing is haunting you and you are safe.
