alright. if you have started already. at many stores there are pads. you simply keep tract of when you have them and be prepared, and the next time before you start, put one on you unders so the blood dont get through. also there is diffrent types of pads, there are ones for heavy bleeding or regular, and low, just choose the one that fits you best, thatas what i do.
if when changing brake pads there is air in the system, improperly installed pads, the air in the lines expand increasing pressure on the pad. bleeding the brakes solves this problem.
