I have discharge during the time when my period should start. Does this mean I'm pregnant or that my period is a little late this month and it's coming soon?

CHANCES ARE DAT U ARE PREGNANT.UNLESS THE DISCHARGE IS MORE RED THAN JUST A CLEAR RED SPEAR LIKE DISCHARGE.IF THE DISCHARGE IS MORE COLOR THAT MEANS YOU ARE ABOUT TO COME ON.IF YOU NORMALY DON'T DISCHARGE DURING YOUR MONTHLY CYCLES THEN U COULD BE PREGNANT.
-- That first answer is incorrect. While there is always a chance of pregnancy if you are sexually active discharge is normal during many different parts of your cycle. This could be an simple issue of some outside factor affecting the start of your cycle. Sometimes those factors can even cause a period to be completely skipped for a month - even in adult women. Just wait a little bit and if you completely skip this month and do not start on time next month then go see a doc.
