You can't change anyone's feelings but your own. If he is simply not attracted to you, attempting to be around him or repeatedly contacting him will actually make him less interested, not more. If anything, stop hanging around with him, go out with friends and meet other people. Don't invest all your energy into a fantasy relationship---there are other guys out there who are worthwhile who will want to date you.
