I have graduated from The Initiates Program but I am not a Supervisor - why is this?

The TIP team has reviewed your TIP records and have decided to allow you to graduate, congratulations.
The next step is a waiting game. Your TIP records and notes from the TIP team will be reviewed by the Community Management team, who will decide whether to invite you to be a Supervisor.
The Community Management team is very busy, so please be patient. Showing signs of impatience can put them off you. It will take longer over weekends, for example if you graduate on a Friday, you may not hear anything until the next week.

Can you be in The Initiates Program if you are a Premier Answerer?
Yes you can join The Initiates Program if you are a Premier Answerer.However, if you graduate from the program and accept an invitation to become a supervisor then you will lose your Premier Answerer status.Contributors can only be a Premier Answerer or a supervisor and not both.
Can I leave The Initiates Program?
If for any reason you feel you would like to leave The Initiates Program, send a message to your TIP Supervisor or the TIP Leader.
Do members of The Initiates Program have supervisor powers?
No. They have the same abilities and tools as every other non-Supervising contributor. Their use of them is being assessed and sharpened by The Initiates Program in preparation for them potentially being invited to the Supervisor team.
Do I lose any of my badges if I join The Initiates Program?
No, you will not lose any of your current badges if you join The Initiates Program. However, if you are promoted to Supervisor when you graduate, the TIP member badge is removed from your profile, since by graduating from the program you are no longer a TIP member. Also if you are a premier answerer, you will lose the premier answerer badge when you become a Supervisor, because due to technicalities you can only have either the premier answerer or supervisor badge.
