I have had a Kenmore Front Load Two Way Tumble Washer for about 5 years. When it goes into the spin cycle it makes a very loud banging noise. What is causing this?

this had happened to me. What you do is put in less cloths because the cloths will clump together and form a ball that wont break apart.
