I have just set up a new tropical fish tank yesterday and its gone cloudy is this normal and how long do i leave it till i can add some fish we added aqua safe soak bog wood and gravelplants?

That is just the bacteria cycle you have to pass the first pH, ammonia, nitrate and nitrite cycles before you add fish you need to wait 3 weeks better too wait 1 month to be on the safe side.
