I have gone to many medical schools and it seems to me like you have a very nasty case of swolen neckatides..... my advise to you would be to go to the emmergency room as soon as possible!!!!! Now hurry!!!!!

Only your doctor can tell, and since it's already been like that for a week, you need to see your doctor as soon as possible.
