I think you moght not be getting enogh sleep. That happend to me once and I relized I was sleepy. It is also,a peice of your lung might of came of and traveled up your throut and stays there.Try as mich as you can to chough it out.

Why are you bloated at night?
I have been getting stomach cramps and feel sick with it for years , slightly light on my feel and maybe sometimes a bit light headed and i finally realised it is actually when i start to get tired and my body has had enough for the day, they are deep pains from my belly button up to where it creases when you sit,it makes you pant or tense the stomach,basically anything to help it go away,but once curled up in bed and relaxed, it gradually goes away.... Hope this helps solve the mystery of night stomach cramps :-)
