I have white spots on both sides of my tongue I have also had soreness in other parts of my tongue but am not sure if they are connected Do you think this is something to worry about?

I don't know what exactly your case is, but if it occurred after drinking something highly citrus-y like Orange Juice, even if your not sensitive to it, it could happen, it happened to me before. It could also be a sign of an impending minor sickness, like a cold. I've also had that happen. Noting that this question hadn't been answered yet
