It may be a tire or something even more serious. You should have it checked by a competent mechanic.
A humming noise on a 1999 Park Avenue is caused by bad wheel bearings. When bearings are loose or worn they will create a loud humming noise that will get louder and louder as the car accelerates.
With each wheel raised, Use both hands, one at 12 o clock position, another at 6 o clock position of the tire/wheel. Shake it, any movements? Should be none. Another way is, when driving, there is a "humming sound", it will get worse if you turn it to the right, or worse if you turn it to the left. The humming sound will go louder. If humming sound is stronger when turning wheel to left, RIGHT BEARING IS BAD. If humming sound is stronger when turning wheel to right LEFT BEARING IS BAD.
sort of like a humming? wheel bearings dude! if it starts humming at about 30mph and just gets louder faster you go, its the wheel bearings. and get used to it, i have blown 4 on my ion 3

Worn passenger side front wheel bearings.
right side wheel bearing
could be your wheel bearings
There could be a few things that can cause this humming sound. It could be the wheel bearings rubbing, it could be the gears rubbing, it could even be coming from the engine pistons.?æ
change your wheel bearing!!
it would most likely be the bearings but in some cases sometimes the axle make a humming noise when traveling at high speeds.(front wheel drive)
wheel bearings are going bad, need to change your hub assembly
The low humming on a 2005 Honda Accord could be one of several things. The most common source of a humming noise is a wheel bearing which may be coming loose. If the noise get louder over time the wheel bearings should be checked.
