I heard that Pekingese dogs die fast because of their small nose is this true?

It depends. Due to their adorable brachycephalic faces, they may suffer breathing problems, and due to their thick coats, they will overheat. Really, they don't usually die because of their noses. Just don't over-exert your peke in hot weather.
