I just started taking the pill this Saturday and Thursday i had unprotected sex. Friday i missed my pill what are the chances ill become pregnant?

Was Saturday the first time you ever took it? If so, you should have been advised to complete your pack for an entire cycle(1 month) before having unprotected sex. If you missed a pill Friday and you just started taking your Birth Control, then sorry, but you've just officially screwed up your birth control. If you had been on your birth control for more than a month, then missing your pill on Friday would not be a big deal. Best thing for you to do at this point is to contact your doctor or pharmacist about what you should do. They will probably say that you need to either stop the birth control you are on right now and take a pregnancy test if you miss your cycle or continue taking your birth control and then complete another month of birth control BEFORE you have unprotected sex again. If you're going to have sex, please be responsible about it! If you are over 17, you can go to your pharmacist within 72 hours of unprotected sex and get the morning after pill. However, this will mess up your birth control for a month's cycle. Best thing for you to do is to take your birth control like you should and avoid unprotected sex! If you've got to have sex, use a condom and spermicide.
