I keep getting this message error deleting file or folder cannot delete file cannot read from specified file or disk?

The reason for this error is that the file which you are deleting is used by some program on your computer. If you want to still delete it you can download a software called UNLOCKER

After downloading and installing that right click on that file which you want to delete and then select unlocker from the menu.
Then you will see the processes which the file is used by.
You can either Kill Process or Unlock or Unlock All
Then you can delete it :-)
