I keep having strange episodes. In total I have had 5 my right eye goes completely blurry my right arm and leg goes numb and I cannot form sentences read or write?

Go to see your Doctor immediately. In fact, I would go to A&E.
Without knowing your details, age, health/fitness, it is difficult to say. However, if all the symptoms are down the right side of the body, this could suggest a stroke.
It is also possible, mainly in younger, pre-menstral or Menopausal Females, for severe migraines to have identical symptons. Not all migraines have a head pain as such.
It is also possible that there is pressure on part of the brain that would cause these symptons, ie. tumour.
However, before the panic sets in, go to see your doctor now.
