I like this guy who i never really talk to because im too shy but hes held doors open for me and nice little things like that should i just tell him how i feel or will that scare him off?

Try talking to this guy, but don't actually tell him you like him. You can't be too shy to talk and than just come out and say, "I like you." Get to know each other by having conversations. If you get along well when you two talk, then try flirting a little. He'll get the hint, and then if he likes you he'll let you know. Being shy, you would probably get really embarrassed if you told him how you felt and he didn't feel the same, but this way you won't have to worry about it.
