I'm guessing that is to little, I weigh about 136 lbs but I am over a foot taller than you. I think that is probably too little but not seriously unhealthy, so it's nothing to worry about really.
Have only just started using it. Have lost 2kg in a week without exercise. It has definitely reduced my cravings for unhealthy food and has suppressed my appetite too. Hope it continues!

There is no specific weight you HAVE to be, that's what makes us all different! On the other hand, your weight should be in a healthy range. At your size, it would be unhealthy to weigh more than 200 lbs. It is also unhealthy to weigh too little.
