Well, your best friend might react a bit off, because it is his sister, and shes 3 years younger,if you do start going out with his sister you need to tell your best friend otherwise it will cause big problems.Maybe start off with a ordinary conversation, a nice friendly one, then go into talking about your best friends sister, maybe say something normal not like, aww your sister is awesome or anything like that, your best mate might know soon enough your feelings and he probably will understand.But on the other hand he might understand you immediately or he could also turn out in rage and might think your sick.
