i am in your situation but its the other way around bc i am a girl. okay like everybody else said don't ask her out. get to know her and the type of person she is and what she likes. then on like a Wednesday say something like: my weekend plans just got canceled. bummer :/ we should hang out? if she asks what got canceled say i was going to go to the movies with my cousin or something like that. if she says no just say okay mabe another time. so wats up. change the subject so its not an awkward situation. if she says yes then say cool what do u want to do and wen? good luck!!! and don't call her to ask her this. hope i helped :)

Just a little add on to that, be careful not to end up in the friend zone or it could be alot harder to date, so if u do hang out with her make sure its someplace that couples go or someplace that you can be close to her but still able to talk to her like the fair or something like that.
