I own a 1998 mercury mystique and I'm getting no heat throughout the car All fuses are working was wondering if it might be a relay or what the problem could be?

hey i also own a mystique and recently i changed the CD player in it and i had to take off the dash to do so and i came into the same problem that the switch that to select theheat or the blower strenght came loose from the dash itself so when you turned the knob it wouldn't select it just try wiggleing the knob or take of the dash theres only like a few screws to remove and it pops back into place
