I own a 2002 daewoo nubira wagon.About every 27 to 30 miles the check engine light turns on and the car seems to excelerate from stop in third gear the dealership insists there is nothing wrong.?

How many miles are on your car? I'm having a similar problem. I have had the TPS Selenoid replaced ($500), and the check engine light is back on. I then had another transmission part replaced (shifting switch of some kind, another $600). I drove about 50 miles and the check engine light is back on and shifting erratically every so often... I really don't think the mechanics know what it is. Be thankful your mechanic isn't taking you for hundreds of dollars... there probably is nothing wrong!! Good luck!
