If you want to meet people, whether girls or just friends, you must learn how to talk to people and feel comfortable talking to total strangers. Challenge yourself to walk up to total strangers each day and talk to them. Say something. Say anything. Compliments are always nice and females love to be noticed and complimented on their hair, jewelry, or clothes.
