NO. Divorce is a legal ruling that voids the marriage. The only way you can be divorced is if you contact a lawyer and legally file for one - go through the process and receive a legal divorce decree. THEN it is a Divorce. If you do not have a relationship with your wife any longer, do you want out? Do you want to move out and move on or are you just looking for an excuse to commit adultary? Then call it what it is - infidelity.
