NO. Divorce is a legal ruling that voids the marriage. The only way you can be divorced is if you contact a lawyer and legally file for one - go through the process and receive a legal divorce decree. THEN it is a Divorce. If you do not have a relationship with your wife any longer, do you want out? Do you want to move out and move on or are you just looking for an excuse to commit adultary? yes. the more people you date in high school, i think the more chance of a divorce. people who just go from relationship to relationship probably get sick of their partner pretty darn fast. some people think differently, but that's what i think.
If I were you I would call her by her name, if she has a nickname she likes to be called then that will do, just do your best to keep it casual. As a practical matter, the English language does not have a relationship term for a stepdaughter who is not your stepdaughter any more because of a divorce. If you have a continuing relationship with her, you should feel free to continue to call her your stepdaughter, or even your daughter, depending on how close the relationship is.
polyamory?
In one sense, it might be, but not having a lawyer in a divorce will mean you may waste time correcting errors on filings and you will probably get a worse settlement, so it will probably cost you more in the end.

In most of the states there is no fault divorce...so save your money on "catching" him...if you want a divorce you dont need to prove fault you just get one. Besides "catching" him sounds more like vengeance save you time, energy and money for the divorce your gonna need it.
There is a correlation between unemployment and divorce, as financial strains can contribute to marital difficulties and ultimately lead to a higher likelihood of divorce. Unemployment can increase financial stress and strain on a marriage, which can impact the overall stability and satisfaction of the relationship, potentially leading to a higher divorce rate.
Answer It is better when the parents are no longer able to set an example of a good, loving relationship and when there is more arguing, negativity, etc. than not. IT'S BETTER TO GET A DIVORCE WHEN THE CHILD IS YOUNGER BECAUSE WHEN MY MOM AND DAD DIVORCED I WAS YOUNG AND IT DOESNT REALLY EFFECT ME BECAUSE NOW IM USED TO IT, I LIVE WITH MY MOM AND EVERY OTHER WEEK ME AND MY BROTHAZ AND MY SISTER GO TO OUR DADS HOUSE...WE STILL LOVE HIM BUT IT JUST DONT EFFECT US IN ANY WAY... IF YOU DIVORCE WHEN THE CHILD IS OLDER THAT WILL EFFECT HIM/HER.
They are obviously not interested in a relationship at this time or they don't see you more than a friend, cares for you but not the way you would like.
