NO! You want to avoid any type of exercise like that! Really, you don't even want to sit straight up from a lying position. Always go to the side. You can pull muscles very easily and put stress on the baby.
Doing sit-ups is perfectly normal way for guys to work out when they're young. Just make sure you have the right technique(google it) and don't over do it.

yes its ok but never do sit ups after eating cause it effects your internal organs near your stomach but if you do other exercises so it will make you do exercises for much longer and you would loose weight
