Yes you will be fine. Even though you ingested a larger-than-suggested amount, the chemical makeup of Vyvance (Lisdexamfetamine) is such that the psychoactive ingredient, d-amphetamine, does not become active in the body until the Lisdexamfetamine is hydrolyzed in the body. Therefore, you do not experience the full potential of the drug at once, you only feel the amount that your body has processed so far. So therefore, by taking a large dose, you did not ingest a large amount of aphetamine and you will not overdose. However, you will feel the effects of the drug for an extended period of time since Vyvance is designed to be the new and improved version of Adderall XR.

Can you take excedrin migraine while taking Vyvanse?
DON'T DO IT! Technically you can, but Excedrin migrate has caffeine in it, enough that when I took it while on vyvanse, my heart was racing and I could not stop vommitting. If you can drink a bunch of coffee while on vyvanse, you probably won't have an issue with the Excedrin migrane, but be careful when taking too many stimulants at the same time.

It will show up as Amphetamine (whether legal: adderall, dexedrine, and vyvanse, or illegal: speed). Unfortunately they can not tell which you took, all it is to them is "AMPHETAMINE". SO unless you have a valid prescription you should be fine (not in all cases).
