I was due my depo on 3may didnt have it because few wks before my stomach was bloated and i defo feel preg ive got all the signs tiredness backache cramps and now im losing dark brown stuff had 4 neg?

Sounds like your body is trying to recover from the depo and you are having a major period with cramps. Do some light exercise (walk around the block, go swimming) and take whatever works best for you, like Aleve or Tylenol. Use a heating pad, or get some of those thermal pads for your back. This will pass.

I could be that you are now having those issues because the depo is working its way out of your system and you are having your period. All of those signs you mentioned are also just normal period issues. If you are still concerned, see your health care professional.

iv been on depo for 7yrs, came off it 3rd aug 07, just over 5 month i had a period for a hole month in aug sometimes brown sometimes normal, then nothin at all and still nothin but i have had cronic sore boobs, they feel like iv had a boob job. my stomach sometimes feels like its been stuffed with a football not a nice feeling, been to docs they said its normal to feel this way i said it feels like im preggs but im not. to be honest i know its hard but try an act normal carry on as you was before just do a test first, the thing is you will feel like this for a while its s*** .thats why im saying to try an act normal cause you will drive yourself mad trust me i have, but bear in mine everybody is different. To try an help you in the meanwhile take evening primrose oil may work, may not but give it a go. oh an yeh im tring for a baby so im annoyed with depo didnt know it could take up to 6months to a year or more.......advise not to go back on it go on the normal pill if you dont want children yet. it more than likely your not preg but theres always that chance. brown spotting is just old blood {where is the cramps exactly?} get back to me......
