You wouldn't want something like a Volvo or a Freightliner Cascadia--if you needed an engine part, they'd have to fly it in from Seattle because those trucks use different engines. If I was to go to the Ice Road, I'd want something like a longnose Kenworth with a Caterpillar engine mainly because of the parts situation--there are enough of those trucks on the road that you can get parts easily.
