In the Christian tradition, Mary, as the Mother of Jesus, is God's Mother. Other faiths do not agree; for instance, in the Koran Mohammed gives Mary great honor but calls Jesus only a prophet, not God himself, therefore denying that Mary is the Mother of God.

The Council of Ephesus, in the year 431 A.D., formally said that Mary is "God-bearer" (Theotokos in Greek), which means Mother of God. Since this Council took place before the split of the Christian Church into Catholic and Orthodox, both of these branches of Christianity are united in believing in Mary as God's Mother. Most Protestants would also say that Mary is God's Mother (although they might disagree with other Catholic and Orthodox doctrines regarding Mary's sinlessness or virginity).

God, as the creator of everything, doesn't HAVE a mother.

Your question is open-ended without further definition, but, here goes. If by God you mean the Judeo-Christian god Yahweh, then for the most part by his worshippers he is regarded as having always existed and having no beginning and thus no progenitor. Muslims would regard Allah in the same manner.

A notable exception among modern Christian creeds is Mormonism, where Yahweh is regarded as having once been a mortal man prior to his attaining Godhood, and at that stage had a mortal father and mother, who are not specifically named.

In the Catholic doctrine of the Trinity, if Jesus ( or perhaps Yeshua Bin Miriam Pantera) is God then "God the Son" 's father could be thought of as "God the Father", although they are still supposed to somehow be one being in all modern sects, other than heterodoxy.

There are some Christian groups which no longer exist who once regarded Jesus as having been God, but, did not regard him as having been the product of a virgin birth. These groups regarded his mortal or genetic father as Joseph, the man modern Christians think of as his adoptive father, or, much less frequently, a Roman centurion named Pantera is sometimes said to have been his father.

The God Yahweh was, many centuries before he became a monotheistic deity, part of the polytheistic Ugarite pantheon. In that system, Yahweh and all his brother and sister Gods, such as Ba'al, Anat, and Asherah, were all regarded as being the children of the God El. Yahweh's mother, by the way, was a Goddess called Athirat.

If by God you mean Zeus, the Olympian God, his father was the Titan Chronos and his mother the Elementess Rheaa. This leads us to a variable in the specificity of what you mean by God, as many different religions have called different beings God, and usually these "Gods" are either also regarded as always having had existed, being the child of another God, or regarded as "self-created" such as the Egyptians thought of the deity Ptah. Therefore, if you are looking for who the father of a God other than Yahweh is, I would suggest you do a Google search on that particular belief system.

As a note, "God's Dad" seems to also be the name of a band and the handle of a seller/buyer on Ebay. There may be many such other creative uses of the term.

Some people may regard "God" as a force or as nature and an abstraction like that is best not thought of as having a "father" per se, unless you want to be metaphoric.

And lastly, if you were to approach the question from the point of view of the Atheist 'Mythos', if there is no god then there would not be any fathers of any gods in that mindset, or perhaps if one thought of all religion as an invention of man, one might say Man was God's "father/mother".
