If I am moving a micro SD card from a blackberry to a camera do I format it or just delete everything via my computer and if I am to format it do I do it via my computer or the phone or the camera?

If the SD card can fit into the two things, you shouldn't need to format or delete anything. You should be able to move it between the two and keep all the same pictures.
