If you've already given away the idea, the 'cat's out of the bag'. You have zero recourse. Whether or not one of them would 'make it happen' is up to them.
When you have an idea for a movie. write a treatment for it or write a script and file whatever you write with the Copyright Office (link, below). Do this before you chat up your idea with anyone if you expect to be included in any way in the final result.
