The basic rule of thumb is 1 hour per drink. 1 oz of liquor, 12 oz beer or 5oz wine is a single drink. So, you would have to wait another 7 hours. This can vary based on the speed at which they were consumed (faster = drunker longer), if you had food in your stomach (more food means lower blood alcohol), whether you are a man or a woman (women get drunker faster regardless of weight), how much water you have had that day (dehydration means you will take longer to get sober)and how much you weigh (people who weight less get more drunk and faster). However, it is unwise to consume more that 2 drinks per hour. 10 drinks in an hour can be fatal. You are considered at risk for alcohol abuse if you consume 10 or more drinks a week and the US government recommends that you not exceed 4 drinks in a single day. 50oz of wine is a lot. That's a quart and a half! The average wine bottle holds about 25oz, so that is 2 full bottles in 3 hours.
