I think you would be wiser to giving it a decent burial.
How you cook the beans won't matter. If there are only a few brown spots, you may not notice any taste problems at all. If there are alot, the beans may taste bitter. This will be true however they are cooked.
Yes. If your raw beef is starting to turn grey or brown in spots, you can still eat it once it cooked properly. Make sure to cook it right away as it will not last too much longer. Restaurants will still cook meat like that and stores will still sell it if it is slightly or have spots of brown. If the meat is thoroughly grey or brown, then i would throw it out, as it's progressing well along to spoiling.
the giblets still cook and you can open the bag and eat them

I am so sorry. i don't have no clue in the world how to cook CARRIBIEAN turkey. maybe if it was regular turkey, you can probably boil or bake it in the oven after you season it. then you can set the fire to 250 degrees. And then when you see the turkey brown or getting brown. take it out and stuff the turkey with stuffings which you can find in a local grocery store. Or you could simply order ready made Caribbean food online. There are many stores that offer Caribbean food at pretty low rates.
