Use Adaware, AVG Antispyware, and MS Defender (real-time) too. No antispyware tool is perfect. Registry edits by a tech may be necessary. Spyware hides and reinstalls after reboot and sometimes before. Must have a real-time protection tool like Defender that autoupdates, autoscans, and autoprotects. Go to download.com for these tools.
First download spybot, and make sure it is not a copy. After it is downloaded click on the following:Control panel, system, performance,file system, trouble shooting. Disable System Restore then click apply. Reboot in safe mode then run spybot. After it has been removed reboot computer, and enable system restore. I can't guarantee this will work, but it did for me...good luck.

Go to Spybot and run a scan to remove it Download and scan your computer with malwarebytes
Download and install Spybot S&D and run it. If AVG pops up during the scan and keeps Spybot from removing it, then stop the scan, reboot into safe mode and run Spybot again, that should do it. I Checked other PC's we have for the file and it does not exist on them. I also removed all instances of it from the Windows Registry (Only do this if you are an advanced user!) Just delete the file C:\windows\system\nsupdate.dll
