why dont you go talk to her parents and ask her if they let her go out!
see this strategy might sound good but its really not, then the people will see you as in really desperite to go out with someone and wouldn't want her to. I think it's time to let go, there will pllenty of fish in the sea, No girl is worth getting upset over no matter how much you liked her. If you still like her and then cant let go, well Yeah I would say go for it.
