It depends on the type of crime and whether I feel that someone is endangered by the criminal. I report drunk drivers whenever possible, as well as reckless driving.
I don't think it is a crime but if you see it happening you need to report it.
some would say in newurbanized place, because the more crowed and areabecome the more crime you would see around that area.
US-Cert
If you don't report a crime you see, you are guilty of concealing it.
It's a crime, so you report it like any other crime--call the police. Anyone can report it.
I believe you may be referring to the Uniform Crime Index Report maintained by the FBI. See below link:
Not reporting a crime could be a form of an omission (which is a failure to act)It depends on the crime itself, and if there are any laws requiring someone to report a crime. For example (in english law), the road traffic act 1988 requires a person to report a road accident, and failure to do so would be an omission and therefore a crime.Unfortunately I cannot be specific to this question, as the crime exactly has not been defined. But yes, criminal liability is possible when failing to report a crime.
I believe you may be referring to the Uniform Crime Index Report maintained by the FBI. See below link:
(in the US) Probably the UCR (Uniform Crime Report) which is compiled, produced, and published by the FBI's National Crime Information Center.
If it does, I would report it as a hate crime.
It really depends on what is asked. If the question is, have you ever been arrested or charged with a crime? Then the answer would have to be yes. If the question is, have you ever been convicted of a crime, then the answer is no.
The crime should be reported wherever the crime occured.
