That would mean the entire trans was switched to the earlier turbo 350 transmission. Mark
YES.
Not without modification (... but WHY?)
really depends on the year..almost all tail sections for the camaro's are different then the trucks... for example the camaro tranny's in the 90's are alott different, a 94 camaro tranny only works for the 94,,, gearing is different and so is the electrobis hook ups
Not without modification (... but WHY?)
Add it in the transmission dip stick tube.
unhook it from the speedometer head and unhook it from the tranny and take it out.
if its a manual tranny there is no dip stick, if not then it will be on the drivers side of the motor by the firewall.
May take some modification in some instances, but yes, it can be done
Yes it will. My GMC S15 has 3.1 v6 Camaro engine stuffed into it with the original 700R4 tranny.
Most engine parts and allmost all body parts are interchangeable with some modification. Interior is all the same.
