If a Hemangioma on the inside of right cheek It is about the size of a golf ball and swells whenever you get upset or exercise Dr doesn't want to touch it but it keeps growing?

It depends on the age of the patient and whether or not it is obstructing vision, nasal breathing, or having some other mechanical effect. They tend to regress on their own and how long this takes depends on how big it gets and when it stops growing. They frequently stop growing by 6 months to a year and regress by age 4, but sometimes later. You cannot simply ligate the blood vessels or remove them because they are part of the circulation of the face. There are some things that can cause them to stop growing and start regressing sooner (e.g. beta blockers) although these are only indicated if they are interfering with breathing, vision, swallowing, or having some other significant local mechanical effect. Swelling or darkening when upset or exercising is expected. While they do sometimes ulcerate on the surface if severe, they do not burst from swelling. There is increased blood flow in the hemangioma just like there is everywhere else when you exercise.
