If a Turkish man is married in Turkey and he comes to America and marries an American woman without first divorcing his Turkish wife what are the legal ramifications in both countries?

Second marriage of his will be invalid in Turkey. If it happens, then second wife will not be able to get any rights in Turkey through her husband and also he will have problems to show American woman as "his wife" on Turkish papers in USA's embassies.
The best thing is to divorce his first wife and get married with American woman.
