It depends on how shy the guy is. If he's a socialite or a flirt, he might just come up to you and start talking first. However, this isn't always true. I know some guys who are total ladies' men, but when they get in front of the girls they like they clam up. True story. You may also have to make a move if the guy is shyer (especially around girls.) You will have to use your own judgment on this one, based on how he reacts around most other girls. If you're unsure, wait a few days to see if he talks to you. If nothing happens after a week, then it looks like you'll have to make the first move.
