Well, in my opinion, HE IS LYING! If he does not like you, why would he care so much about other guys being around you... He cares about you..I bet he is just hiding the fact that he likes you and not admitting it. If he does not really like you...then..this does not make any sense..well, atleast to me it doesn't...goodluck though.
